Restaurant: Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友喺呢頭附近放工,睇咗呢個商場咁多間嘅餐廳,最後揀咗翡翠拉麵小籠包,入到去先知原來佢係做埋潮州菜,但梗係食返佢老本行,上海野啦😛其實已經好多年冇食,因為之前覺得水準好似下降左,同埋上海嘢其實都好多選擇,有陣時都想食返啲小店,感覺好似傳統啲😂今次反而覺得口水雞係有啲意料之外,口水雞其實最重要應該都係個醬汁,佢醬汁好惹味,又夠辣,只係雞件略嫌凍咗少少,否則應該更好味 !上海炒年糕就真係一般,香港仔天龍樓做得更好!而小籠包就更加一般般,出面有好多做得更好,唔知道係師傅問題定係因為連鎖式嘅問題?到最後原本想叫高力豆沙, 9:10叫,話賣晒,咁就算啦😅😅😅
