池魚雖然不算冬天時令,但薑蔥可以辟腥,有助吊出池魚的鮮味。夏天吃池魚偏好刺身薄片,不過天嘛,則傾向口感濃一點的,薑蔥碎切正中下懷。這一尾肉質比想像中鮮嫩,口感豐腴帶爽,淡淡油脂香在口中縈繞,回味不已。尤其魚腩部位,油脂更重,口感更豐潤些,混少少蘿蔔蓉和醬汁,魚味的清新會更突出。突然想起常去的酒樓早已滿約,開年飯還未有着落,靈機一觸向店員打聽,果然年初一、二、三照常營業,mission accomplished!
