To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每個月都會幫襯下譚仔三哥，最近搭車仲見到Jeffrey賣譚仔三哥廣告，咁樣召喚法，得，即到😍今次叫咗砂砂湯肥牛鹿茸菇米線，「砂砂湯」我都係第一次食，估唔到個湯飲落層次豐富，鹿茸菇味道濃郁，美國肥牛肥瘦均勻唔多根。我叫嘅小辣，辣味適中，Jeffrey 真係無介紹錯。再叫咗煳麻辣椒豬肚，入味軟腍，麻辣味十足，好快就俾我食晒😅配埋杯奶蓋芒果蒟蒻椰香金露，奶蓋味香濃，沖走晒口裡面嘅麻辣感。依餐真係超滿足。俾錢埋單嘅時候記得响Cashier拎Jeffrey嘅卡仔呀，間間譚仔三哥分店都有㗎！
