一到冬天銅鑼灣就會突然間多左好多火鍋店(係極多的程度)🥘里幾日重要凍到得返十幾度,救命丫🤧於是隔離舖頭個四川姨姨就話要約我去食個正宗的四川麻辣火鍋,等我暖下身禁話wor🙄嘩,去到門口咋,都未正式行入店內,已經嗅到好勁的辣味囉🌶一坐低,阿叔二話不說馬上放低小前菜。食落酸酸地,應該落左陳醋二個人,又唔係太肚餓,所以都係叫左六樣野就算,唔好食唔晒,做大晒鬼👻打邊爐基本上我一定會點鵝腸嫁喇🦆里到加啲花樣,用個冰球開洞,裝起啲鵝腸,除左美觀外,更重要係keep 住啲鵝腸的溫度(大家明嫁啦,內臟野好易變壞嫁,所以里個idea 挺不錯👍🏻)而且侍應阿叔拿過黎的時候重有乾冰添,出晒煙火效果👍🏻淨係睇到都嚇得下人餐牌寫叫牛毛肚,諗到應該係黑栢葉了處理得不錯,好乾淨,但係對我里啲無牙力的人黎講就大塊左少少😅如果每塊再破開兩半會好啲啲🙈肉類又點止禁少,重有個串串骨係將啲肉預先加左調味,再串起一串串,方便食,又唔怕啲肉落左鍋之後搵唔返冰豆腐,唔洗講啦,麻辣火鍋個好拍檔,一定要點啦見到樣外邊好少見的-鴨血質地較一般的豬血實少少。將菜單上面寫煮10秒就可以食,但我覺得唔夠軟同入味,建議大家一開鍋就倒晒落去,等啲鴨

見到樣外邊好少見的-鴨血
質地較一般的豬血實少少。將菜單上面寫煮10秒就可以食,但我覺得唔夠軟同入味,建議大家一開鍋就倒晒落去,等啲鴨血慢慢禁吸收下湯的精華。

我後尾都係倒晒入去,等佢自己慢慢煮,禁樣就算唔加調味,都有麻辣湯底的味道👍🏻
(同埋大家唔洗擔心煮得太耐會散,我煮左起碼半個鐘,係細粒左少少,但係無散過囉)

麻辣火鍋另一個好拍擋-寬薯粉
里個的話就勸大家唔好貪心,食幾多,煮幾多,因為好快熟,同埋堅容易癡鍋底。

*重有一樣好重要的野要提下,麻辣鍋會越滾越咸,建議叫鴛鴦鍋,食到最尾食蔬菜的時候可以用返豬骨個邊*

最尾要介紹下里碟麻油蒜,超級超級正。
你們見到桌面上好像啤酒杯🍺個支野就係木麻油。唔洗怕,成支倒晒出黎,再加兩匙蒜蓉。用黎點野食,超好味。我後尾直接將煮好的薯圳粉放入去撈黎食😊好邪惡,好好味
