今天去灣仔明閣, 舒適地享受了一個中式午餐, 好理想.餐廳座位闊落, 裝修美觀, 比一般酒樓優靜. 星期天也接受訂位, 侍應生招呼 OK, 也備有停車場, 值得一去。水滾茶靚, 我們選了很多點心. 此酒樓的食品很注重擺設,看得優雅, 加添吃的胃口！点心首先到是雜菌餃, 餡滿味美, 餃子皮很薄, 質優点心.接着是炸腐皮卷, 賣相好, 廚師調味適中. 鮮蝦腸粉: 蝦肉大粒又爽口, 夠新鮮. 腸粉皮好滑, 豉油好味.咸水角. 好大隻. 夠脆身. 生煎飽, 有芝麻做底, 肉餡很多, 味道不俗,炸雲吞, 炸得極為香脆. 煎腸粉，有好味的XO醬, 配銀芽, 韮黃加有甜醬, 麻油. 芝麻.特式脆皮乳豬炒飯, 乳豬皮脆好味, 不油膩. 炒飯好香口. 龍蝦湯蟹肉瑤柱乾燒伊麵, 熱辣辣的送到, 配油菜. 滿意.食物用料新鮮, 質素好. 廚師廚藝有水準 ! 吃得優越.
