友人話想轉換口味,今次來食土耳其菜,有佢喜歡的咖啡,而且估唔到土耳其菜都有廚師發辦,其實係樓上私房菜,由大廚安排最好菜式,岩哂我地咩都唔知,少食土耳其菜既人,我地唔使苦惱點菜選擇,交哂俾廚房啦。樓上cafe地方唔算大,座位大約20個左加,最好打電話book位先,仲可以講定有咩唔食或敏感,方便廚師安排。好有家的感覺,有如到訪土耳其友人家,享受熱情的東歐風味。還有呢度有貓貓,好可愛好靚好乖,見佢係座位訓著立即接近,等佢一醒就摸摸佢。特色銀杯具,用來裝沙上咖啡。原來呢個就係沙上咖啡,用沙子熱力煮咖啡,當日冇睇到,但有東歐咖啡飲。東歐鮮奶玫瑰咖啡,好別緻的杯,細膩圖案很特別。咖啡很濃稠,味道不算重,加了鮮奶更香滑,玫瑰味很突出,味道很好。東歐玫瑰乳酪,同樣玫瑰味濃郁,乳酪質感細滑濃稠,微酸很好飲。先上特色沙律配芝士,店員提我地拌勻食。酸酸地好開胃,有生菜同青瓜絲既爽脆,仲有少少芝士,芝士味也很重。烤魚塊小食,應該即炸,熱辣辣上菜。炸衣脆身不膩,魚肉不腥仲濕潤嫩滑,配香料調味的千島醬,很有土耳其風味。茄子薯仔配自製乳酪,茄子保持紫色,薯仔也不會過腍,兩者經炸過更香,配自家調製的乳酪醬,少少酸好清
