每次出街食飯最期待嘅就係食廚師發板,因為廚師會按季節已準備當時最好嘅時令菜式,往往都會有意外驚喜!所以價錢亦都較一般日本菜高。前菜《髮蓮草 芝麻豆腐 旦釀魷魚》四月中正值櫻花季節, 所以餐廳都特別設計櫻花伴碟,非常別緻。彈樣魷魚呢個概念非常有新鮮感,令軟綿嘅蛋中帶有魷魚嘅煙軔口感。《𩶘魚 帆立貝 蝦刺身》帆立貝以紫菜包住,味道鮮甜;蝦刺身別具用心,炸過嘅蝦頭質感香脆,但略帶油膩感,蝦肉肥美鮮甜。《毛蟹蒸蛋》《魷魚 春子鯛 石鯛 左口魚邊》頭一輪壽司入面,我最鍾意嘅係春子鯛, 顧名思義,春子鯛只有春天先有,係季節限定,質感帶黏性,味道清甜。《拖羅 海鰻 赤貝 自家醃製三文魚子》呢個組合好吸引,拖羅肥美,最特別係店家自家調製既三文魚子,味道控制得唔錯,唔會太咸。《生蠔》生蠔甜美,唔係重金屬味,質感比較爽口《海膽吞拿魚蓉壽司》呢個應該係全晚最啱相機食先既壽司,吞拿魚蓉上加上大片海膽,顯得份外矜貴。《𩶘魚湯》色澤帶奶白色,魚味鮮甜而唔腥
