Steak'er的下午茶時段只有另外一枱客,有種難得的清靜與悠閒,畢竟元朗是個熱鬧地方。主菜點了吉列深海魚柳伴蒜香薯條、他他汁。
雖然吉列魚柳有兩大塊,但肉質就麻麻,是快餐店的貨色,因此我也吃得不多。廚師在薯條上撒了點蒜和鹽,使薯條味道變得有點不一樣,但蒜味又不會過重,好吃但可惜薯條不脆呢。當日的廚師精選是紅酒汁牛仔骨飯,相貌平平但別有一番內涵。牛仔骨獲氣足,一般牛仔⻣都容易韌,但它肉質軟得來亦有咬口。肉醃得夠味,用上紅酒汁頗為特別。加$18有湯和餐包。蘑菇湯味道蠻不錯。
