To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛好想食炒蛋牛肉飯,見新開張所以排左10分鐘入去試下。點知廚房炒蛋牛肉飯同茄蛋牛肉飯都分唔清,餐牌/單上寫明炒蛋牛肉飯(圖一/二),就算叉燒炒蛋飯嘅參考相(圖一)都唔會有蕃茄,但出到嚟廚房就落左蕃茄炒侍應話可以換,但換其他野食比我都無用,常餐貴,而且比其他餐廳少咗兩塊火腿,根本揀唔落凍奶茶大半杯係冰(圖三)多得有少少離譜總結,貨不對辦,味道一般,唔值呢個價,不會食第二次。
