朋友係LUBUDS嘅卓越會員,生日月享晚餐八折優惠x1。過往大多惠顧佢哋嘅中菜同日本菜,今次試吓佢嘅西餐。揀咗位於尖沙咀1881嘅ODEA,經OpenRice訂枱,仲有25分Asiamiles👍🏻我哋8:15pm入座,見到隔離枱一行9人(分兩枱坐)食緊Tasting Menu幾吸引🤩,不過由於Tasting Menu需要喺8pm前order,唯有下次再試Appetiser叫咗 Hokkaido Scallop, Champagne & Potato Soup,原本仲想叫侍應推介嘅Baked Escargots,點知竟然賣哂,結果叫咗3個main 😅首先上咗個bread basket,有scone, baguette 同grissini,有一小樽honey 可以用honey dipper 搽落麵包度~ 🥖🍯《Hokkaido Scallop, Champagne & Potato Soup》🥔🫕個湯係上枱之後先至倒入已經放咗帶子嘅湯碟入面嘅~個湯夠creamy,隱隱感受到香檳嘅香味,北海道原隻帶子肉厚味甜,火喉啱啱好😋《Grilled Iberico Pork Rack & Collar

虎蝦啖啖肉,伴以洋蔥同烤到好似薯片咁嘅basil及微辣嘅醬汁食,好有東南亞風味!
虎蝦尾烤到脆卜卜,可以連殼都食埋!😚

叫咗一個肉、一個海鮮,起初驚portion細,唔夠飽,所以叫咗個carb~~
《Seafood Bouillabaisse with Linguine》🦑🦐🍝
我平時好少叫魚湯底嘅pasta,不過侍應推介我試佢哋嘅seafood bouillabaisse ~
有啲出奇我哋飲完湯之後竟然三個main一齊上枱,我即時已反映俾serve我哋嘅侍應🤷🏻♀️選擇下首先趁熱食咗虎蝦、跟住食烤黑毛豬架,結果食完另外兩個main之後個pasta已經凍左,冒着啲海鮮番熱會變靭嘅風險,我哋都request咗佢地幫我哋reheat~ 🔥
海鮮湯味道都香濃,冇我怕嘅腥味,湯嘅份量送意粉剛剛好,意粉都仲算al dente
除咗面頭4隻青口,意粉裡仲夾集咗魷魚、帶子同蝦,好在reheat 之後D 海鮮仲保持到正常口感~

整體嚟講,滿意今次嘅晚餐,侍應都好體貼,(除咗三個main一齊上呢點之外~🤷🏻♀️),雖然今晚order 嘅菜式未有帶來很大驚喜,不過食物質素還是滿意的,portion亦都比想像大!叫三個main有點點過飽~ 🤭
要數最滿意嘅當然係ODEA 嘅環境,除咗因為舊建築物樓底高,餐廳仲用咗全身鏡裝修,餐桌擺放得宜,空間感足,一邊食野一邊欣賞牆上嘅art pieces係一種享受,餐廳外人流少,係ODEA 食飯有種遠離鬧市、身在外地嘅閒適感 😌😌 下次會早啲嚟食dinner,試吓佢個Tasting Menu!
