又再挑戰石燒牛扒,最近牛極開了多家分店,今天到佐敦買點東西,見未到晚飯高峰時間,立刻到9月尾新開的佐敦分店試試先。見餐單最經濟的牛肩排 180g 只需 $80,還有來自美國的牛肩扒及西冷、來自紐西蘭的牛柳、來自澳洲的牛仔肉眼、來自日本的赤身及富油脂的日本和牛,由 $80 至 $450,任君選擇,而沙律及餐湯及白飯也是自助任食的。最後選擇了比較腍滑的紐西蘭牛柳 200g,跟住就快手到自助區取沙律及餐湯,沙律菜可以選擇西柚沙律汁或胡麻沙律汁,今天餐湯為牛肉雜菜湯,有牛香,店員表示每星期都會更換餐湯款式。不到數分鐘,我的牛柳已經準備好,一成熟的牛柳放在火山熱石上,客人可切開小件在熱石上烤至自己喜愛的熟度,店子提供自家製燒汁、辛辣燒汁、喜馬拉雅岩鹽、BBQ 香料調味、黑椒及蒜蓉。牛柳果然如店員說,腍滑有肉汁,加岩鹽提鮮,加BBQ 香料惹味,加蒜蓉添蒜香,跟日本珍珠米煮的白飯最相襯。
