To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實月餅名牌與否,好似真的沒有什麼所謂,因為閉起雙眼睛來吃,大部份的質地都差不多,很少會發覺蓮蓉比較甜,又或是比較甘香。🤔據說友人話奇華今年的,外皮很容易脫落,我就試試這個舉世知名的國金軒,🙄它的月餅又會不會比起細個吃奇華、美心、榮華出色很多呢?包裝就算是挺好看,細細個紙盒,但外邊綠色,用中文字寫上燈籠兩隻字,其實都有點古怪。😓外皮都不算太過結實,蓮蓉也不覺得很甜很香,不過吃起上來不算太過鞋口,都算是不錯的,蛋黃看起上來非常之金黃,也不算太差的感覺,但如果比起平時的舊式牌子貴得多的話,好像不太值得。🤔

蓮蓉也不覺得很甜很香,不過吃起上來不算太過鞋口,都算是不錯的,蛋黃看起上來非常之金黃,
也不算太差的感覺,但如果比起平時的舊式牌子貴得多的話,好像不太值得。🤔
