最近看過OpenRice 説及這間鋪已結業,但昨天路過卻見有營業喔,入內問過,原來新老闆剛剛買下專營權來經營呢!返正來到,便坐下一試。最初沒有太大期望,只是透過店主紹示點了幾款食物,有串燒豬頸肉,串燒腩肉及燒蠔。但吃過後又覺食物水準不錯,汁燒豬腩入口多汁,肉質軟且滑,鹽燒豬腩卻乾身,但味香及濃,用來伴酒一流,燒豬頸肉也一樣出色。最正係燒蠔,有三重芝士燒及蒜蓉燒,雖每隻蠔都不是很大隻,但勝在燒得剛剛好,嫰滑得來又不帶腥味,令人食完想再食啊!
