今晚與大食男友同奧海城買野, 順便到同事推介的西班牙餐廳, 同事提醒這間餐廳時常爆滿, 所以我已經訂左位, 我地入座時都已經8點, 但都全場滿座;我印象中既西班牙菜式都同海鮮有關...但呢間餐廳令我知道原來仲有其他...;西班牙香燒乳豬仔, 層皮燒到卜卜脆, 中間肥羔唔太多加埋青瓜同塊麵包襯托好似一個mini burger, 一口咬落去時可以享受多種質感;西班牙炸奶糊, 每粒金黃色既波波裡面有由Truffle加蘑菇打成既薯蓉, 咬開有好香既truffle味不斷飄出來👍🏻;正宗西班牙奄列, 蛋香濃郁,食落似我地既家常菜, 我好喜歡那層厚厚既蛋皮😋;西班牙海鮮炒飯, 飯身入曬味而且剛好沒有太糊, 軟得來都依然有咬口👍🏻;甜品本來想食西班牙'油炸鬼', 但大食男友話想試檸檬撻, 於是我地叫左檸檬撻, 呢個是絕對正確的決定, 呢餐真係超豐富(提提大家佢地既份量都算幾大), 酸酸既檸檬撻剛好幫助我地消化一下😝
