To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到譚仔 (三哥)，和同事們到達的時間已經是2:50。有人想點蕃茄湯底(下午3點才開始供應啊～)，想早點下單，阿姐早一分鐘都不肯，按規辦事Ok 的，但態度真的可以好少少，而且還等了很久。⋯⋯幸好味道不錯(聽說)。我點了過橋米線⋯⋯是我去過這麼多次之中最最最大碗的！那煳辣湯底有點淡(比起之前)而那凍檸茶有點怪，有點變異了的酸，快吃完之際，不小心從我的位置看了廚房的運作，員工在切檸檬，難道⋯⋯我杯中的是放到最尾水的材料？
