To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因臨近中秋,我們一家到這食飯聚一聚,已知道這間是高級菜館,食物一定是貴的。我們揀了套餐,第一道上的乳豬已經很失望,乳豬皮不夠脆,是我食過最難食的,其他的菜式也是一般,不是很好吃,最後上的荷葉飯亦是難食,我們根本未吃飽,但真的不想再吃。我以為這老字號,好像名牌一樣,食物一定好食,點知太令人失望了,我們11大人1小童共消費了$5750,真係非常唔值,適合只求體面不計較食物質素的人仕。
