To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日帶家人來鯉魚門,本來要去南門,無位,於是來對面這間海天宴。餐廳自己海鮮檔買海鮮,餐廳另收加工費120一位,貴過米芝蓮級數的收費。海鮮本身也賣得極貴,最離曬譜是入座,空等50分鐘,咩都無野上。又唔係很暴滿,據知樓上成層都空。小朋友都等得無耐煩問點解未上。買單果陣投訴上菜慢,老闆非常傲慢,些少歉意都無,諸多不知所謂解釋唔通後,居然講未見過男人講數。原來係咁樣對客…食材本身也無咩特色,未見到好食過西貢三分一價錢的餐廳。各位食客注意繞道。
