To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夜晚想食米線，就去左大圍。8:25分入坐，入坐前已經講左8:30 last order, 9點關門。所以一坐低即刻叫野食，佢係用qr code order, 係8:29成功落左單😅😂如果大家去記得早d無謂搞到咁急🤣叫左個酸辣皇小小辣-$54(3.5/5)，辣度岩好！小小酸，幾好味！餸有辣腩肉，炸醬，辣肚絲，腐竹。另一個就叫左竹笙麻辣豬耳小辣-$48(3/5)佢既小辣我個人覺得辣過譚仔小辣。對我黎講有d辣，下次都係叫返小小辣就算😂不過佢啲湯底配芽菜同埋腐竹真係一流，個人覺得佢餸既份量可以多反小小。之後仲加多左份鴛鴦雞翼(2隻炸醬烤2隻麻辣烤)-$31(3/5) 炸醬烤雞翼比d孜然粉完全蓋過哂d味，淨係食到孜然味。麻辣烤就相對香口d，唔會太辣，都重麻味，兩款雞翼都好重口味。總結：順便經開大圍，或者食厭咗譚仔都會再試，佢係辣得幾好食😋
