To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午2點鐘、黎到地庫哩間既譚仔米線，由於避過人潮既午市時間，所以黎到已經有位坐，唔需要拎飛等位。黎到譚仔，當然要叫例牌雞肉，炸醬清湯米線啦⋯⋯咁多間米線店黎講，我最鐘意就係譚仔既炸醬啦，唔會太辣，太咸，味道適中，加上清湯，雖然係清湯，但又唔會淡而無味。。。岩岩好。。。一匙米線，夾小小炸醬上去，又係另一種風味2個餸，食到飽飽，$40有找。。。果然係單人之選。。。雖然譚仔轉左人，但味道依然無變。。正呀
