To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新裝修後第一次黎食 好彩初三有開!裝修後坐得舒服好多 多咗隔音終於冇咁嘈焗酥皮叉燒包係必食!其實係雪山叉燒包鮮蝦腐皮卷都好好食 炸得夠薄脆,蝦夠彈牙!如果可以走埋芫茜更好啦佢嘅蘿蔔糕係食得出蘿蔔多冇乜粉煎得好靚不過就食唔出臘味蝦腸都夠滑 有好大粒蝦新出嘅鮮辣肉煎釀茄子🍆係中間有塊好薄嘅肉餅面層淋上黑椒汁,惹味但好多油!蝦餃🦐燒賣就有粒杞子入面係冬菇蝦豬肉,新鮮好食!最後叫返碟杞子桂花糕做甜品!我其實真係好鍾意食桂花😋好清甜!其實大部分都有水準,不過太子區幾間點心店款式多好多,但食物質素添好運始終比其他點心店略勝一籌,價錢我覺得都唔貴,裝修後真係好坐好多!兩個人埋單$208
