前幾日去咗博多拉麵食飯,睇吓呢間野有冇料到.計我話要試一間拉麵有冇料到,唔係試d咩特別嘅湯底呀,特別嘅麵條呀,而係最基本嘅,豬骨湯底叉燒拉,所以我叫咗個嚟試.先講温度,上菜嘅試已經係温而唔係熱,對一位好嘅拉麵嚟講呢樣野真係扣咗唔少分.叉燒肉質唔錯,如果厚番少少嘅話口感應該唔錯,可惜切得太薄.從叉燒同麵嘅入味程度嚟睇,湯底嘅料同烹煮時間都幾好.湯底有足夠嘅豬骨味,亦有少少蔥香.麵條嘅粗幼度比我想像中細,同叉燒一樣,影響咬口.呢碗面本來可做得幾好,可惜喺啲細節位失敗咗.
