To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂叉燒飯：：今天去了美孚的大家樂叫一個叉燒飯。正確來說應該是細碗叉燒飯，再加雞翼，以及一杯奶茶。普普通通，埋單找數$34。細碗叉燒飯，叉燒切成五件。另叫師傅加薑茸伴醬。叉燒肉質都可以，不會過硬。有「燒」味。薑茸加了很多，幾好，用來伴飯，以及原本飯中有豉油，混在一起吃，幾好，幾夾。雞翼，食不出是蜜味雞翼。如果雞翼再多一點蜜糖味，應該會更好吃。雞翼比較少肉，但肉質都夠嫩。奶茶，正常，普通，有茶味。
