今日招牌雙拼酸種麵包。這款主打牛油果，可選擇切片或牛油果蓉；另一件可選蟹肉旦白或煙三文魚，今次選擇蟹肉旦白。side dish 是沙律，沙律菜很新鮮，用沙律汁，感覺輕盈。牛油果切片，配上檸檬汁、少少辣椒粉及調味粉，牛油果軟滑，味道素而不寡，簡單的調味令牛油果無咁膩口，再吃一口脆身的牛油酸種麵包多士，感覺清新。另一蟹肉旦白多士也不錯，旦白份量十足，口感香滑清淡，加上鮮甜的蟹肉，再加上黑醋和牛油酸種麵包，味道好又不肥膩，正！
