Haven’t visited 金城小廚 ever since they relocated closer to Taiwai Station. Honestly speaking, I don’t remember the quality of the food from the last time I visited, but it’s safe to say that this time it did not disappoint! My favourite dish was actually their most famous one - inside out chicken wings 😂 it was just so well marinated with wok hei that it’s perfect to go with some white rice! Another highlight of the meal was also the fried glutinous rice! I just love how there’s a lot of texture, with the lap cheung, mushrooms and peanuts well incorporated into the rice 😋
The only thing was that service was quite slow… if that could’ve been improved then the whole experience would’ve been amazing!
