To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天要值班至晚上10時，未到6點同事已經查問有否需要幫忙購買晚飯，有人建議到這裡買燒味飯盒。只因這裡的單拼飯盒只售27元 加上好幾次7點後，好幾款熱門燒味已經售罄，所以說要提早購買。我搭單叫了一個瘦叉燒飯。打開飯盒看看，隨即飄蕩陣陣熱騰騰的飯香，27 元的飯盒絕不欺埸，材料豐足，叉燒數量比起大型連鎖快餐店售價三十多元的還要豐盛，絕對是來個反通漲呢！叉燒軟腍鬆化，外皮烤烘得焦香惹味，還能嚐到輕輕的麥芽甜蜜味。白飯裡混和了叉燒的醬汁，飯粒軟香，入口豐裕。27元的叉燒飯...美味實在...讚
