比我發現公司附近開了一間火鍋店,拉了個同事一齊食。這間餐廰早上是茶餐廰,晚上變了火鍋店。火鍋套餐大致250到300。先來一個姬松茸燉湯,好足料,而且好好飲,感覺唔到有味精。每一個餐預定一份海鮮盤,有龍蝦,海蟹,鮑魚,聖子皇,貴妃蚌,多寶魚,蜆,聽聞係老闆親自到街市選擇的,每樣都好新鮮,特別係聖子皇同貴妃蚌,大大條大大粒,海鮮的精髓隨著火鍋越滾越起勁,之後的粥底會更正。火鍋點少得安格斯牛肩肉,牛肉味濃濃,仲有西班牙豬腩片,薄薄的。還要介紹炸魚皮,又係老闆自己親身到店鋪買的,連骨炸,特別香脆,口感厚實。最後,落南瓜粟米,再滾一滾,熬出鮮味軟綿綿的粥。
