To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

lunch time去IKEA一人午餐車厘茄新鮮多汁 , 生菜都好爽脆夠凍 , 都新鮮 , 起碼每一隻都唔"梅", 帶少少咸 , 好好味每隻都有蝦子嫁!!!!!自行配搭的凍蝦沙律但係個人唔鍾意凍蝦杯中的沙律, 因為杯底有D咸水 , 沙律加埋咸水真係好怪......食落好香杏仁味 , 不過個人覺得太甜一開保鮮紙已經好香蘋果味 , 蘋果大大粒 , 不過味道偏酸 , 而且餅皮太濕不過同埋個杏仁餅食就岩岩好 , 一甜一酸有機接骨木花果汁(綠色) : 酸酸的, 只有少少甜 , 食完飯飲就岩~留到TEA TIME先飲的有機紅果子汁(紅色) : 酸酸甜甜的 , 完全是新鮮的紅果子味好飲~~埋單一個人食左$74不過如果單件睇 , 每件都好平~~~結尾: 平靚正! 講完報告完畢~~~
