To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某種因素影響，無食元氣壽司好耐。昨晚吃了迴轉壽司，今晚皇帝女指明要食「火車紫菜」即係高速列車送壽司，尤其佢最愛吃的軍艦壽司。今時今日的元氣都要等，但無以往咁耐。與小童同行，被安排坐卡座，十分理想。其他卡座最少都有一名幼兒，好似親子餐廳。用手機掃QR code下單。食物質素一般，服務態度有改善，因為需要服務的機會都唔多，價錢有點貴（一向都不便宜），同以往不同叫左好多熟食，兒童之選其中推介的有芝士龍蝦濃湯茶碗蒸（新品）炸蝦手卷玉米福袋湯烏冬焗大蝦意粉不推介：章魚燒- 一團面粉千層蛋糕 -超厚餅底
