To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金沙骨:新體驗向來中意「老肉飯」,就係中意香菇汁撈飯好食近期大家樂推出呢款飯係新加入了金沙骨的元素可以一讚的係金沙骨的確燒得入味好食甜甜地,又有肉,最0岩食肉者!要彈的係:個EGG唔夠入味,而「老肉」卻異常的咸汁沒有了應有的香菇味與甜味,卻非常咸咸而加入了玉米,已令整體感覺奇怪卻又是好在有了玉米的甜,中和了不正常的咸然而,已經失去了「老肉飯」的應有感覺了..........可惜可惜變左玉米咸肉碎撈飯.....可惜可惜
