To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

應該有2,3年無食過黃金 dinner buffet, 對上一次的食後感普通，甜品極之唔掂，但今次完全令我改觀。首先因疫情關係，所有食品飲品不用自己畢，全部都有廚師代勞幫你用碟盛起，我們無須摸千人都摸過嘅廚具，加上所有食物都有透明遮蓋，乾淨衞生，極之抵讚。今次我認為最好味有BBQ即燒羊架，沙律吧的芒果羊奶芝士沙律，藜麥牛油果沙律，龍蝦蟹鉗杯，還有改進了不少的甜品，朱古力mouses蛋糕香濃，brownie外脆內軟, 斑蘭蛋糕極鬆軟，幾款都好好味。要讚下甜品部廚師！總括嚟講，又令我對黃金buffet又再重番番信心，一定帶屋企人嚟再encore。
