To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情期間冇得返大陸食麻辣火鍋，唯有係香港搵下有冇正宗既重慶火鍋啦⋯⋯咁有日係open rice shech 到呢間小店就即刻打電話去訂位試試啦😆一嚟到小店已關門差不多爆曬，好彩有打到碗話嚟訂位，唔係真係有排等😆又係二百零蚊任食，不過呢度唔係任飲，飲品就要逐件計啦點解間店叫四方，就係因為佢哋既火鍋係跟返重慶係四方形既火鍋爐，真心係正宗👍必試炸酥肉👍食麻辣火鍋一定要試呢度有黑柏葉，黃喉仲有牛鞭好多高級食材都係任食👍必食牛胸爽，肥牛同鱔片😋😋😋
