Soufflé pancakes 口感非常 creamy, 而且真係會彈下彈下。聽取朋友建議無添加流心醬，但加左軟雪糕，味道剛好唔好太甜。分別試左 earl grey 同埋花生醬（其他分店都好少見），伯爵茶果款好甘香亦有粒粒口感，花生醬都好味但略為黏口。
