上星期終於去食石岡咖喱屋,由於本人有去食過正宗印度菜經驗,所以有得比分.雖然此店環境同衛生倩況都差些,但食物水準就目標之上.點解?能夠保留原味,不刻意為迎合客人口味而亂咁創新同改變.因為正宗印度菜不多.唔同中國或泰國菜咁成行成市而需要創新同改良.講番這餐廳食品推介烤羊滕.咖喱什菜,各式烤餅來沾咖喱汁更一流.最後當然要啤一啤佢.正!
