Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (裕景坊)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前在元朗逛街, 經過見到一間餐廳經常滿座,引起了我的好奇心, 看看名字是傷心酸辣, 立即吸引了我, 我是大愛口水雞的人, 以酸辣粉名命的餐廳, 想必是有出色的酸辣粉吃了。以為這裡只有吃? 這便錯了,除了酸辣粉外, 口水雞也是皇牌必食之選, 成功邀約食肉獸系的朋友, 一行四人來到元朗的傷心酸辣粉。傷心酸辣粉的口水雞。上檯之時,伙記不忘提醒,辣汁是很辣的,一吃之下,果然所言非虛,是真的又辣又麻,很不錯。雞肉嫩滑,雞件斬件後加上紅油、花椒粉等配料。紅油很辛辣,配合雞件相當惹味。這個辣醬汁,我們用來放在酸辣粉,吃得一滴不剩,也是推薦的一味。酸辣粉 番薯和木薯混成粉煮好,再加十多種配料的豬骨酸辣湯底。木薯粉夠彈牙,湯底酸辣並重,令味覺受盡刺激。
