To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一間人氣長龍店👭🏻，夜晚八點幾都仲見人龍，好彩等左幾個字就成功入座。識叫就叫招牌排骨麵🍲再試埋個雲吞去，成功食到最後一個幼麵，之後聽到其他麵類同食材陸續都沽清，想食記得早啲黎喇。菜膽雲吞排骨麵 $47 加豆漿 $6菜肉雲吞粒粒都好飽滿，一共有三大粒，皮薄餡足。我鐘意佢個幼麵🍲就算浸耐左都唔會又爛又斷，質地好實淨。而主角排骨🐷炸得非常金香，睇落好似好柴，但食落一啲都唔會，脆香既炸衣緊貼肉身，肉質唔乾岩岩好，果然名不虛存。豆漿🥛就比較失色左，甜度偏高，而豆既酸味仲係到。
