古早味,本來係古老、傳統同懷舊嘅意思,但對我黎講,就係我心目中對台灣嘅感覺。行開深水埗區偶然來到呢間網上評價唔錯嘅餐廳,入面水泥工業風嘅牆身,同埋各式各樣台灣舊時代嘅招牌,勾起我去台北淡水區行古早精品店嘅回憶。店內午市套餐價錢好親民,主菜、小食同飲品選擇好多。好多小食都想試,最後點左一個主菜加兩個小食。招牌紅燒牛肉配牛骨湯麵($60)牛骨湯味道香濃,牛肉係厚切後一字排開嚮麵上邊, 份量好多,牛筋同牛肉分佈平均,煮得好稔,有充滿膠質嘅口感。麵比較粗身同煙韌,蘿蔔亦都索曬湯嘅味道,正。宜蘭迷你蔥肉餡餅(跟餐加配+$16)我冇去過宜蘭,但覺得呢個餡餅本身做得好好食,係今餐最喜歡嘅食物。外層似煎餃子皮,裡面嘅菜肉餡係有爆汁效果,要小心食。台式小香腸(跟餐加配+$14)細細條好易入口,非常香口,有西門町山豬肉烤香腸嘅味道。茉香珍珠奶綠($15)呢個係跟餐飲品轉台式飲品減$10後嘅價錢。味道幾清新,但個人覺得珍珠可以再煮軟少少。
