To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好感動,細佬出黎做左幾年工作,終於有能力請家姐去半島食餐好既。一入到去已經俾呢個茶具佈置吸引坐位後既佈置,好有舊上海既風味。連筷子座都好有特色餐前小吃 - 琥珀合桃,好甜好脆好香口,之後問職員原來樓下有得買,不過要百五蚊得一小包。片皮鴨 - 一生人中食過最好食既片皮鴨,個皮好脆好香。個海鮮醬好香甜,味道有啲似平時食腸粉用既甜醬。塊包皮好薄又唔易穿,唔似出面果啲一係就厚到似棉胎,一係就薄到穿窿。有4款配料,除左平時成日見到既三絲外,仲多咗一款蜜瓜絲,十分清甜爽口。綜合呢道菜黎講,一個字:正!食片皮鴨時有專人係隔離serve我地,食完一塊會主動幫我地包第二塊,服務一流!剩番既肉同骨職員問我地想點整,我地決定用黎煲湯,個湯十分濃郁好味!紅燒豆腐(唔係好記得菜名) - 個豆腐好香好滑,竹笙好爽口,唔錯!咕嚕蝦球(?)(又唔記得菜名)- 我唔食蝦,不過佢地話好食。香桃匈牙利鬈毛豬咕嚕肉(呢個超記得菜名)- 啲豬肉炸得好香脆但唔會影響左肉既質感,加埋甜酸醬同啲桃既配襯,簡直係一流!瑤柱蛋白炒飯(?)- 個飯炒得幾香,不過同之前幾個餸相比下就冇乜特別乾清棗皇糕 - 甜得嚟唔會太膩,好香既紅棗味,又唔
