今次朋友選擇了位於置地廣場的CIAK是3星大廚Bombana的中價意大利菜概念餐廳其實開業已經有一段時間食物質素保持得好好開業已有一兩年 而當晚餐廳全滿 可能同我一樣 覺得颱風一定打得成 就出去食餐開開心心 (8號颱風前夕) 點左5樣菜同2個甜品 (甜品唔記得影相)首先係Cold Cuts ($280), 講真呢度菜係好難唔好食, 係咪頂級就一定唔係, 但過得去啦之後就係Pizza, 我地點左Prosciutto and Formaggi ($230), 有Parma Ham同幾種不同既芝士包括Mozzarella, Taleggio同Gorgonzola再黎就係兩碟Pasta, Tagliatelle同Ravioli用Wagyu Beef同Bolognese做法 ($230), 係幾好食 但係咪Wagyu Beef我就唔敢肯定呢個Ravioli用左阿拉斯加蟹肉同帶子 配上西蘭花既puree, 唔錯唔錯! ($350)主菜仲有French Roasted Spring Chicken (半份$220, 全份$350)總體所有野食都做得唔錯係中環意大利菜 另外一個唔錯既選擇!
