To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

工作關係去survey，時間還沒到，先去喝喝咖啡。第一次來這裡喝。還是skimmed latte，看了大小杯的分別後，要了大杯，大杯只有紙杯裝！雖然是紙杯，打開蓋子還是有拉花，一點都不馬虎。奶泡細密，好滑，像在吃cream，咖啡帶著烘烤的味道，很香，香味強烈，就算牛奶這麼多也沒沖淡味道，不會像綠色連鎖店的淡！如！水！不知不覺很快就喝完，都不用20分鐘就消滅完了。金鐘$48一大杯，可以接受。
