To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日天氣清涼，到錦田走一走，走進一家以泰越為主題的餐廳。餐廳有戶外及室內，不單可與友人聚腳，亦可在附近散步，有免費泊車位供應。簡單點了兩款菜式，海南雞飯 ($68) 無骨的海南雞件吃得輕鬆之餘又有雞油的香味，肉質嫩滑，雞油飯飯味適中而不膩，再與辣汁或薑蓉配塔，相當滿足泰式炒金邊粉 ($68) 帶點辣、有鑊氣，加上微酸的青檸汁、蛋絲、花生、生菜、芽菜、中蝦等材料的混合令整體口感豐富，若調味再辣一點會更好凍鹹檸七($25) 品嚐了兩種不同風味的菜式，來一杯醒神凍飲鹹檸七，可護嗓潤肺 雖然餐廳看似是一家小舖，但食物種類範圍甚廣，走平實路線，價格合理，確有另一番風味，值得推薦!
