To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

五月第一個週末,天色不怎麼好在前一晚訂了這裡早輪的午餐,沒有想像中難訂,可以由1130食到1300兩個人只點了幾款點心和一碟叉燒蜜燒黑毛豚肉叉燒 ﹣ 是這裡的招牌,定價一點不便宜($218),為的,只是那稀有的豬。的確,用了黑毛豬,便沒有了平常瘦叉那一種肉質很硬的感覺,令到這叉燒就算不是肉脂均匀,也能滿口肉汁,入口即溶。其它叉燒應有的,由蜜汁到醃肉到火雞,都做得很好了,唯獨切後上碟的賣相就跟酒店應有的有些許出入其它的點心,做是做得精緻,味道卻沒有什麼特別,相信價錢都是付給環境和那居高臨下的感覺點了:菜苖餃,鮑魚燒鵝酥,馬拉千層糕,黑白流沙(奶皇)煎堆最後還有羊毛出自羊身上的甜點贈送 (因為茶錢每位盛惠$30)
