To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日又來到九龍城,到了晚飯時候,想起上次來到呢頭,見德昌門口排滿人龍,好奇心起,特地入去試試。坐低之後,連隨叫了兩碗招牌魚蛋河同太座一人一晼,再另加一碟油菜添。這裡的魚蛋粉都幾大碗,魚蛋魚片的份量都算幾多,油菜都係一樣,夠晒大碟。不過講到味道,雖然d魚蛋都有少少彈牙,魚片都有d鮮甜味,都係唔覺d魚蛋粉真係咁好味,好味到要有人龍挑隊入來吃喎。反而呢度的自製辣椒醬就真係幾勁,我只係落了一些落碗粉度,辣到自己眼淚、鼻水一齊來,而且髮尾仲冒晒汗浸浸涼添。假如將呢度的魚蛋粉同筲箕灣間名店比,我就覺得那裡的魚蛋粉正得多,比呢度值得一去再去啦。
