To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完caffe vergnano未夠飽,再來這裏填肚。因為在上海吃過不少次小籠包、糖蓮藕和生煎包,所以每樣來一客。小籠包的皮夠薄但亦不易穿,好。汁也夠豬油豬肉味,對辦的。惟豬肉好似比較軟身不夠結實,讓我有食到霉掉的肉的錯覺。糖蓮藕味道也是對辦的,跟上海的相似。但煮的太久了,糖蓮藕好,在夾起一整塊的時候糯米也掉出來,糯米也已經不是一粒粒,而是一pat pat的狀態。最後生煎飽煎得不夠耐不夠火侯。底部不香不脆,裏面的餡也沒任何肉汁,很乾。吃完一整個已算給足面子了。掩埋眼埋單,一共90。只有小籠飽是飽點類唯一選擇的。
