The Roasted Suckling Pig, sourced from Vietnam, is here stuffed with 2 Rices and slightly spiced. At $800 a pig, its not cheap but with all the manual labour gone into this and which turned out to be nearly perfect in execution bar a slightly over-spiced rice filling and perhaps not enough meat on top of the baby fat (Afterall, this is only around 3-4 weeks old), I don't mind them changing the formula just very slightly!The other dishes are hits and misses, but overall, very enjoyable.
