川菜作為四大菜系之一,真係博大精深,同樣鍾意食辣,但鍾意既口味都好個人化。大學年代同朋友食開每月由四川挪原材料既紅磡聯記川王,亦都會北上去深圳食川菜,對我地黎講,好食既川菜,唔一定係有好多辣椒既死辣,但要有花椒既香、麻。食過十二味幾次,無論係水煮牛肉、口水雞、土豆絲等,都係色、香俱備,味道欠奉,形似、神不似,只有辣、未夠麻。川菜既麻,大多靠花椒,十二味奇怪之處係,明明有花椒,但唔入味,就算咬埋花椒,都唔係好夠香、麻,每次都係有d失望,不過叫做係個整潔餐廳食都辣野止下癮。
