To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝一早起身突然茶癮起,就去左石門彩福飲茶星期六朝早10點半到,等左5分鐘就有位,算不錯。我地叫左陳皮普洱飲呢個茶要加$5除左飲到普洱既濃同時亦有淡淡既陳皮香味飲落幾舒服野食方便鮮蝦腸粉:粉皮幼滑,蝦大隻鮮甜👍🏻蝦餃皇:鮮甜既,足料,而且外皮不厚不簿,剛剛好,幾好食👍🏻黑糖合桃馬拉糕:一籠3件,成個賣相真係麻麻,味道方便不過不失,合桃亦令馬拉糕多一種咬口。🆗😥蟹籽燒賣皇:隻蝦好大隻,蟹籽亦夠多,十分爽脆👍🏻鳳爪:份量較少同較細,上枱感覺好似已經被夾過咁,有啲失望。😥千島沙律蝦多士:係香口既,蝦肉比例亦算多,但係食落有少少油味同唔夠熱,唔知係佢擺耐左先拎出嚟定咩原因,有啲失望。😥鮮蟹肉炆稻庭烏冬:蟹肉份量尚算ok,而汁既份量還不錯,只係個汁稍為咸左少少。🆗整體來講都不錯既。

鳳爪:份量較少同較細,上枱感覺好似已經被夾過咁,有啲失望。😥
