To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期三晚上2040hrs, 海港城閒逛,經過千両新開分店,店内有位不大繁忙,就打算試試做宵夜!點了炙燒牛油赤海蝦、蟹子沙律、日式燉蛋。過了十數分鐘後,先來了蟹子沙律(但不是新鲜即造,因紫菜已濕不脆,想必是從迴轉壽司取出來),再來炙燒赤海蝦(99%生、未熟),即通知侍應太生、要熟食!5~8分鐘後,再來了剛才的赤海蝦,尾部燒焦但依舊不熟,只能說蝦身半生熟,尤其蝦頭部份全是生的!算了,不想多生支節!再繼續等日式燉蛋到來!如是者等了15分鐘也未見踪影!告知一男领班跟進,是不是漏了單?他說跟進中,並沒有道歉!再過了數分鐘左右,女侍應端上來日式燉蛋,叫我襯熱食,也未有道歉!鬼唔知襯熱食咩?只想快些離開這店, 速速回家!店內只有十數位客人,侍應4人(兩男兩女),壽司師傅3人,厨師2人!但大部份時間吹水,服務態度未夠認真!可能是店子新開的問題!美心管理層要注意了!感覺上「元氣壽司」,不論價位及服務質量,也比「千両」優勝!這次經驗令我太失望了!埋單時,也未有問我滿意服務嗎?要客人催單,道歉是常識吧!
