To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間店原本看起來像一家常規的酒樓,但其實不是，它更像是一家叫餸食飯的餐廳。在這裡用午餐,不但不需另付加一服務費,還能跟餐飲燉湯及跟米飯。這裡的燉湯非常濃郁,湯料十足。我強烈推薦点魚香茄子煲和蒸水蛋,這兩道菜都十分美味。惹味到令人忘記拍照，一上台即刻清空，份量都足夠大，撈飯吃簡直一流。整體而言,人均消費在$70-$80之間,性價比非常高。餐廳環境寬敞明亮,整潔乾淨。無論是用餐環境還是菜品口味,這家餐廳都值得一試。
