從黃埔boring!?開左以来,每個月都要黎哩間餐廳食幾餐,啱啱FD話要食好嘢慶祝,當然又揀咗哩間平靚正啲餐廳啦。menu都有少少變化,餐湯同沙律都有唔少選擇,咁當然要試新嘢啦。今次揀咗兩個套餐,一個餐湯升級到焗酥皮龍蝦湯,主菜揀咗炙燒安格斯牛小排牛肝菌義大利飯同香煎法國鱸魚配青提子白酒忌廉汁,仲升級飲品左兩杯mocktail。今次真喺有唔少變化,餐包都變左,之前喺蒜蓉包,今次轉左喺小餐包,仲搭配左牛油,食落暖笠笠,OK喎。mocktail揀咗silence moon同boring calada,他家mocktail真喺好靚,味道都好豐富,好啱用來慶祝。沙律喺溫泉蛋帶子黑松露沙律,比之前分量大好多,帶子大大件,食落好鮮甜,可惜就只得一件,未夠喉。溫泉蛋整得啱啱好,好幼滑。沙律菜落左好多沙律醬,好新鮮fresh。是日餐廳是奶油蜆湯,OK啦,嗰龍蝦湯加左38HKD都算落足料,湯好重龍蝦味,龍蝦肉大大粒仲有兩件,抵!義大利飯端上來和牛仲喺生嘅,侍應會問想食生啲仲熟啲,會立即燒比你。嗰侍應都幾貼心,知道我們鐘意食熟啲,都特登燒左好耐。炙燒過啲牛小排真喺好香口,牛肉質素好高,一啲都唔油,啲牛肝菌

是日餐廳是奶油蜆湯,OK啦,嗰龍蝦湯加左38HKD都算落足料,湯好重龍蝦味,龍蝦肉大大粒仲有兩件,抵!
義大利飯端上來和牛仲喺生嘅,侍應會問想食生啲仲熟啲,會立即燒比你。嗰侍應都幾貼心,知道我們鐘意食熟啲,都特登燒左好耐。炙燒過啲牛小排真喺好香口,牛肉質素好高,一啲都唔油,啲牛肝菌都好多,撈埋啲飯一齊食,好正!

香煎法國鱸魚皮就煎到脆啵啵,魚肉都好幼滑,雖然只得兩件,但是一SET套餐食落黎,真喺好飽。

哩間餐廳真喺有聽客人回饋啲意見,上次食完就比左意見話可否考慮增加甜品,今次就真喺見到,可惜就真喺太飽肚,唯有下次試下。
