係銅鑼灣shopping完,想搵間小食醫下肚,又唔想食魚蛋燒賣,竟然比我見到想食好耐嘅石磨皺皮腸粉!呢個石磨雞蛋豬肉腸($22),雖然係皺皮,但好滑,而且米味都重。加咗豬肉碎同雞蛋增加咗整體口感!建議唔好落太多調味料,落少少香蒜同醬油就夠,更加能試到佢嘅腸粉米香!
